Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England) She is an English singer/songwriter. Ellie Goulding's enthralling electronic style quickly propelled her to the top charts after she caught the attention of the public in the year 2010. The singer-songwriter was able to do this with the songs "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses". Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is a distinctive soprano scream, and an aptitude of writing songs with emotional uplifting lyrics. Like her predecessors Kate Bush or Imogen, she's on the cutting edge in the world of mainstream and the artful independent music. Polydor Records, a major music label, chose to sign her and started preparing to release Goulding's debut album.
