Alycia Debnam-Carey has starred in TV shows like Fear the Walking Dead. The native of Sydney, Alycia started her acting career at the age of was just eight years old. Martha's New coat was her debut film role. Her TV debut came in an episode from the TV show McLeod's Daughter. In the sci-fi show The 100, she played an important part. Based on the novel series with the same title, it was a remake of a TV show. The character she played was the role of Commander Lexa who was a powerful commander for 12 clans. Her appearance on Fear the Walking Dead (a horror-drama television series), she became even more well-known. The show was met positively by critics, and also received numerous nominations and awards. Jigsaw Girl, The Branch and other shorts have also had her in the show. Her first feature appearance was in the disaster film Into the Storm, which was a compilation of found footage. The film was a huge success commercially, however it was mostly met with unfavourable critiques.
